Overview
We are looking for an Electrician to perform repairs and maintenance within void social housing properties in Swindon.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepair & maintenance tasks in social housing properties.
Qualifications- NVQ Level 3 Engineering (2391)
- Class 18 Electrical Installation License (18th Edition)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience doing repairs & maintenance in social housing
- £25 per hour, paid weekly
- Company van and fuel card from day one
- Long‑term consistent work
- Opportunity to transition to a permanent role after 12 weeks
