ARC Group is looking for a Multi Trader to work with Northamptonshire council on voids and occupied properties. This role is a temporary contract, reviewed every 12 weeks, with potential for rolling extensions. The successful candidate should possess strong skills in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, bricklaying, flooring, and groundworks.
The position offers a pay rate of £34,500 or £24.48 per hour umbrella, along with additional benefits such as paid annual leave, a pension contribution after three months of continuous service, and free online training.
