Equans is looking for a Building Services Apprentice to join our team on the HMCTS Contract based in Nottingham. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 48 months on a full time basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
As an Apprentice, you will actively learn and develop your knowledge and practical skills under the guidance of experienced Technical Operatives and Leads. You will assist with maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across a range of properties, gaining valuable onsite experience while working towards your formal qualifications.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and build your career within building services through a comprehensive apprenticeship program.
What will you deliver?- Engage actively in your apprenticeship training and personal development
- Assist with maintenance repairs and installations across building services on HMCTS properties
- Learn to interpret design drawings, diagrams, manufacturers’ specifications, and instructions
- Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
- Deliver work to the highest standards, meeting client requirements and quality expectations

- Due to the nature of the contract, successful postholder must be able to obtain and maintain Security Vetting
