Our Asset Management team consists of 600 employees who deliver property‑based services across the Group, covering reactive and planned maintenance, grounds care, property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

The safety of our residents and homes is the top priority. As a skilled Gas Engineer/Plumber you will:

• Interact with customers, building trust and delivering service in their homes.
• Carry out domestic gas tasks, including responsive repairs, servicing, boiler installations and diagnostics of boiler faults.
• Ensure all gas appliances are serviced and run efficiently to reduce customer utility bills.
• Maintain compliance with Gas Safe updates and industry standards.

You will receive:

• Comprehensive training.
• A company van and all required tools.

Working hours finish at 4:15 pm Monday–Thursday, 2:30 pm on Friday, supporting a good work/life balance. Holiday allowance is 24 days per year plus 3 days for Christmas closure (5‑day working week) plus bank holidays, and up to 5 additional days after 2 years of continuous service.
