About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you will carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance works within care and support properties across the East Midlands. Our work covers everything from small domestic repairs such as fixing windows, doors, and kitchens through to larger planned tasks, including subfloor replacements and kitchen refits. You will be part of a specialist team, working in properties that house vulnerable individuals with care and support needs.

We pride ourselves on providing quality, customer‑focused repairs that we get right the first time. This is a rewarding role that offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.

We are expanding our Care and Support Repairs Service and have an exciting opportunity for a qualified, experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our team. If you are looking for a fast‑paced, varied role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

• Carry out a variety of joinery repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic properties
• Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
• Work independently and manage your workload in a fast‑paced environment
• Deliver excellent customer service with a respectful and professional approach
• Ensure work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and standards

• Qualified Joiner (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Strong joinery skills, with the ability to carry out other basic trade tasks
• Proven experience as a multi‑skilled operative in a similar environment
• Experience supporting or working around people with additional needs
• Capacity to communicate sensitively and respectfully
• Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing workload
• Full UK driving licence
