Our client, a thriving student accommodation provider, is searching for a proactive and reliable Temporary Handyman to support their on‑site team with day‑to‑day repairs and general maintenance.

• Carry out a range of reactive maintenance tasks to a high standard, including basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, and occasional painting/decorating.
• Move furniture and handle heavier items across the site as needed.
• Maintain lighting, complete statutory checks, and ensure safe, functional spaces.
• Respond effectively to health & safety issues.
• Keep maintenance reports updated using electronic systems.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when materials, tools, or equipment need replenishing.

• Hands‑on experience within residential repairs/maintenance or a background in trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
• Experience as Handyman, Caretaker, Maintenance or Trade.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health & safety standards.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with good initiative.
• Friendly, helpful, and professional at all times.
