Location:
M1 corridor – Nottingham / Derby / South Yorkshire
Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a MFD / photocopiers exposure? This is a superb opportunity to join a respected and forward‑thinking print solutions provider, supporting a diverse client base across the Nottingham / South Yorkshire / Derby region.
Role- Responding to service calls and performing repairs on MFD equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs through cleaning, adjustment, or part replacement.
- Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Installing new devices and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Escalating complex issues and collaborating with technical support teams.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
We're looking for a confident, technically skilled engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced field environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Skills & Experience- Proven experience supporting MFDs / photocopiers.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple client sites.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and technical development.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Up to £32,000 + Bonus.
