- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year basic
- Hours: Monday to Friday (with an early finish on Fridays!) - No weekends
- Training: Happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally diverse lineup of customer cars, fleet contracts, and prestige models, ensuring every repair is executed to strict industry-leading standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine vehicle servicing, manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, and general mechanical repairs.
- Performing specialized diagnostic checks and fault-finding using cutting-edge independent and brand-specific diagnostic equipment.
- Assisting with or developing skills in transmission maintenance, gearbox servicing, and mechanical fault resolutions.
- Executing technical tasks including advanced braking work, air conditioning servicing, and hybrid/electric multi-point health checks.
- Maintaining precise workshop records and collaborating effectively with the tight-knit team to manage vehicle turnaround times efficiently.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle maintenance and mechanical repair is required.
- Solid experience in routine vehicle servicing, diagnostic analysis, and general mechanical preparation.
- A strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to high independent workmanship standards.
- The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle models, generations, and modern drive trains.
- A valid UK driving licence.
