CO2021 UPP (Nottingham) Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform planned and reactive maintenance across student residences. The role focuses on safe working practices, health and safety compliance, and timely reporting of hazards.
You will conduct PPM tasks, keep detailed maintenance records for statutory compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors for specialist works, including PAT and fire safety testing.
