Diagnostic Vehicle Technician Vacancy in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire!
Our client, a reputable main dealership in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their service team. This is a prime opportunity for a skilled vehicle technician looking to enhance their career within a manufacturer-backed environment, working with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and receiving comprehensive manufacturer training, including Hybrid and EV accreditation.
Benefits for the successful Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:- £39,000 basic salary with an OTE of £47,000

- Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out advanced diagnostic, warranty, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Complete Hybrid and EV repairs where qualified
- Utilise the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software
- Perform hydraulic and electrical repairs safely and efficiently
- Support and mentor Apprentice Technicians where required
- Ensure all work is completed accurately while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
- Comply with manufacturer and health & safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Recognised Diagnostic Vehicle Technician qualification
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or manufacturer-trained Vehicle Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Proactive team player with a willingness to support colleagues
- Full UK Driving Licence
