• - Up to £51,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• - OTE £55,000+ plus bonuses, shift allowance, and overtime opportunities
• - Fully funded franchised accreditation training
• - HGV training opportunities available for LCV Technicians
• - Monday–Friday working schedule with alternative week shift patterns
• - Saturday overtime available (not mandatory)

• - Service, repair, and maintain HGVs and vans to manufacturer standards
• - Conduct diagnostics, identify faults, and carry out repairs efficiently
• - Perform vehicle modifications and safety checks
• - Record all work accurately using workshop systems
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• - Attend to customer enquiries professionally and provide technical advice as a Commercial Vehicle Technician
• - Complete job cards and service documentation promptly
• - Support the workshop team with additional duties as required

• - Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) preferred; experience considered
• - Practical experience working on commercial vehicles, including HGVs and light vehicles
• - Strong mechanical and electrical skills with diagnostic proficiency
• - Confident with workshop systems and IT
• - Safety-conscious, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• - Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
• - Demonstrable knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
