Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm - 45 paid hours per week

Are you an experienced Joiner, Carpenter or Multi-Trade Operative looking for a permanent mobile role around Nottingham?
We are recruiting for a growing Facilities Management company looking to add an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner / Fabric Engineer to its team.
You will work across schools and residential care environments, carrying out a mixture of planned refurbishment projects and reactive maintenance. The role is heavily focused on joinery alongside kitchen and bathroom fitting, so would suit someone with a strong carpentry/joinery background who is comfortable turning their hand to other trades.
The Role- Joinery and general building fabric repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting/refurbishment
- Doors, frames, skirting, flooring and associated fixtures
- Planned improvement and refurbishment works
- Reactive building maintenance
- Basic plumbing and patch plastering
- Identifying and collecting materials required for jobs
- Working independently across multiple sites
- Updating completed works using a company-provided tablet
- Strong joinery/carpentry experience
- Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Trade qualification or time-served experience
- Additional plumbing, plastering or general maintenance experience beneficial
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
- Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS
- Good customer-facing skills and a professional approach
- £15-£17 per hour
- £35,100-£39,780 annual equivalent
- 45 paid hours per week
