A leading social housing contractor is looking for an experienced Joiner to join their team, covering properties across Long Bennington and the surrounding areas.

What will you deliver?
Carry out joinery and multi-trade tasks to a high standard.
Install and fit joinery components including locks, handles, hinges and fittings.
Measure, cut and assemble wood, composite or metal components.
Construct and repair doors, windows, cabinets and other joinery items.
Repair or replace skirting boards, staircases, kitchen units and other joinery.
Assist with minor plumbing tasks, including repairing leaks and replacing taps and fixtures.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents.

Who are we looking for?
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Joinery, or equivalent.
Valid CSCS card.
Proven experience in joinery installation and repair.
Previous experience within construction, social housing or property maintenance.
Basic knowledge of construction health & safety.
Good knowledge of joinery materials, tools and techniques.
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Full UK driving licence
