Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Admin Assistant, Medical Processing to support administrative workflows within a legal services environment in Novato, CA. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail‑oriented administrative professional with English and Spanish communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to support time‑sensitive case movement through accurate scheduling, document preparation, and client coordination.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a professional team in a fast‑paced office setting where accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication are essential. The Admin Assistant, Medical Processing will interact with Spanish‑speaking clients, internal staff, attorneys, and outside medical facilities while helping ensure medical processing tasks are completed efficiently and on deadline.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison with Spanish‑speaking clients to schedule radiologic exams, pulmonary function tests, and Zoom appointments with experts.
- Prepare form letters and administrative documents according to established protocols.
- Review letters translated from English to Spanish for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Communicate professionally with internal staff, attorneys, clients, and outside facilities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support the Medical Processing Department with administrative tasks that help move cases forward.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven office environment.
