Seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support HR, Training, and front desk operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and handles confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Training
- Prepare onboarding, benefits, and employee documentation
- Process invoices, expense reports, and benefits-related paperwork
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and HR projects
- Manage department communications and presentations
- Provide receptionist support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, and training events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
- 3–5 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills
