Tamalpais Pediatrics in California is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to manage patient check-in, greet families, and maintain a welcoming reception area at our Larkspur and Novato locations.
You will handle co-pays, scheduling, phone and email inquiries, and keep patient records accurate, with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule and full vaccination requirements.
Bilingual (Portuguese/Spanish) is highly desired and benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.
