Child Care Staff; PT

Marin Country Club is looking for childcare staff to work at its facility in Novato. We provide a safe, fun‑filled, supervised environment for member children.

We serve children 1 yr old and up. Diaper changing is a must. Our group of kids make our job fun and entertaining.

• Interact and supervise children in the 'Kids Korner' of the club (childcare).
• Help at kid’s events and parties including cooking classes, themed nights (movie marathons, trivia night, holiday activities, etc.).
• May help with other tasks as assigned around the Club.

• Maintain a safe environment for children placed in day care.
• Ensure established rules of the day care center are enforced and adhered to.
• Maintain an attractive, orderly appearance in the day care center.
• Assist with the facilitation of entertaining and educational activities for the children.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

We are looking for a few employees to cover regular weekly shifts. Employee does not need to be available for all shifts.

Tuesday – Sunday: 8:45 am – 1:30 pm

Thursday – Sunday: 4:45 pm – 9:00 pm

Substitute to cover additional hours as the need comes up.

1 to 2 kids events a month at varying times and days of the week.

• 17 years of age or older.
• Certified in first aid, and CPR.
• Must love working/interacting with children.
• Must have interpersonal skills, work ethic, and enjoy working in a friendly, country club environment.

DOE

• 1+ to 5 years of experience.
• Experience with Toddler, Preschool, Grade School age groups.
• High school degree.
• First Aid Training, CPR Training.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
