Family Medicine opening in rural Northern California - Federally qualified health center/Indian Health affiliate Permanent position requiring relocation. Full-time position. Group needs a provider who can see all ages. Candidate must be Board eligible in Family Medicine for credentialing. Located in Northern California in a rural area. 3.5 hours from San Francisco and 2.5 hours to Santa Rosa. Group is known for its warm work environment and very welcoming staff.

Employed position paying up to $145 an hour depending on experience. (pay is negotiable - $300,000+) Providers typically have up to one hour with each patient, so this practice focuses on quality over quantity Normal daily patient volumes typically go between 8 and 16 patients depending on the schedule for that day Benefits include Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and self-funded 403b.
