San Jose metro area Primary care openings 100% outpatient setting. Adult focused practice Salary is up to $275,000 depending on experience, training and hours worked Can be IM or FM trained. BE/BC Mainly adult patients but group accepts ages 5 and above EPIC EMR Average 20-25 patients per day Flexible scheduling available. Clinic is open Monday Friday from 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour for lunch) No calls or nights Normal benefits package with malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, 401K with immediate vesting, 15 days PTO/sick time, 11 holidays.
Group will approve all CME expenses and encourages online CME. Group has one MD and 3 NP s currently Relocation is negotiable Located 35 minutes from San Jose, CA in the suburban area
