Base Salary Family Medicine: $278,315 Internal Medicine: $331,906 WRVU Incentive Plan bonus available Relocation bonus available Student loan repayment eligible through NHSC Full benefits with paid malpractice insurance Visa sponsorship available Contract & Employment Structure 3 year agreement Employed under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) Physician Friendly model with malpractice, insurance, and full benefits included Clinical Expectations Outpatient practice Mix of scheduled visits and walk ins 40 hours/week, Monday Friday schedule Benefits PTO per district policy 1 week CME + $3,000 CME allowance
