100% Outpatient Pediatric position - $300,000 - $325,000 Base Salary
- Location : 1 hour and 15 minutes from San Diego, CA
- Location : 2 hours East of San Diego, CA in Imperial Valley (more negotiable on pay and visa sponsorship for this site)
- Federally qualified health center (FQHC) with loan repayment available
- Pediatric residency training required. BC/BE required American Board of Pediatrics.
- Permanent position only no locums.
- Group has 14 clinics total in southern California and expanding with additional clinics in the future.
- 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day.

- Base salary is guaranteed with no production measures.
- Monday Friday work schedule. Hours are 8 am 5 pm with one hour for lunch. (40 hours per week)
- Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed.
