Call: none Patient volume: approximately 18 ppd Scope:
All ages or adult only. Outpatient primary care Affiliated Hospital: 800 beds, level I trauma center
Group/support: MA support
Requirements:
Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), COVID Vaccinated (non-negotiable), Board certified, CA license and California DEA
