What We Need

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead strategic brand marketing efforts for the WWE 2K franchise who will ultimately define the relationship between our products and our passionate global community. This is a unique opportunity to drive brand strategy and creative execution for one of the most dynamic, personality‑rich IPs in gaming.

You will play a pivotal role in stewarding the WWE 2K brand identity and shaping go‑to‑market strategies, and collaborating with WWE and Visual Concepts to amplify the franchise’s global reach and cultural impact. As the owner of the brand vision, you’ll define how WWE 2K shows up across media, content, events, partnerships, and beyond.

We’re looking for a strategic storyteller who thrives at the intersection of sports entertainment, pop culture, and gaming. You understand brand building in a digital‑first world and are unafraid to champion bold ideas that energize our fans and evolve our brand. You’ll need to be highly collaborative, endlessly curious, and relentlessly player‑first in your approach.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and maintain the global brand vision through long‑term brand narrative and positioning for the WWE 2K franchise, ensuring all efforts reinforce our core pillars and resonate with the global WWE games community.
  • Lead global brand strategy for WWE 2K, working with the integrated marketing and cross‑functional teams in driving multi‑channel campaign development
  • Steward the WWE 2K brand identity, serving as the guardian of the brand DNA, guiding internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative consistency and tonal accuracy across all touchpoints.
  • Track ongoing Brand Health and campaign performance KPIs, in partnership with Analytics, Commercial, Product, and other teams in order to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
  • Champion consumer insights by developing research roadmaps, synthesizing player feedback, market trends, and player data to drive forward strategic vision, product, and marketing roadmaps.
