Reporting to the Manager, Paid, this role is a key member of the "pod" team, with a primary focus on driving campaign execution and delivery with a strong sense of ownership and accountability across media plans that support overarching brand and performance strategies . The Associate Manager is responsible for managing detailed planning workflows, ensuring campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and 1st party channels are executed with precision alongside agency managed media .

This role requires a proactive professional who can own end-to-end performance tracking, maintain strong platform partner relationships, and drive campaign delivery across in house and agency with a high sense of accountability .
