Clinic Director Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually depending upon experience.

Sport and Spine Therapy of Marin, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider of outpatient orthopedics serving Marin County and the surrounding communities for over 30 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands‑on care as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices in physical therapy.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare providers to promote clinic services.
  • Manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team productivity to upper management.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility and patient engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and methodologies into practice.
Essential Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in California.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient‑centered approach.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Desired Experience
  • Prior clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of improving clinic operations and patient outcomes.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinic management software.
