Sales Support / Account Support Specialist What You’ll Do

• Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and sourcing computer hardware, software, and related IT products
• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and customers via phone and email
• Research IT products and solutions to support sales opportunities
• Manage sales support tasks including customer follow-up, product sourcing, and account research
• Deliver strong customer service while managing multiple priorities
• Assist with additional administrative and sales support duties as needed

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or clerical support (wireless retail or phone-based customer service preferred)
• Interest in or familiarity with computer hardware, software, and IT products
• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Tech‑savvy mindset and interest in IT solutions
