Sales Support / Account Support Specialist What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and sourcing computer hardware, software, and related IT products
- Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and customers via phone and email
- Research IT products and solutions to support sales opportunities
- Manage sales support tasks including customer follow-up, product sourcing, and account research
- Deliver strong customer service while managing multiple priorities
- Assist with additional administrative and sales support duties as needed
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or clerical support (wireless retail or phone-based customer service preferred)
- Interest in or familiarity with computer hardware, software, and IT products
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tech‑savvy mindset and interest in IT solutions
