Job Summary

INTL - Costa Rica - Technical Delivery Manager at Insight Global. This role involves working with SRE/Dev Tools for game studios, directly building and configuring game build environments. Perforce experience and an understanding of game developer needs are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Coach the team on Scrum principles and best practices, guiding clear vision and self-management.
  • Align team resources to business priorities and risk levels to ensure effective participation in agile events, commitment and progress toward assigned work.
  • Actively develop, track, and report on risk and issue mitigation plans.
  • Proactively identify, track and drive resolution of blocking issues/impediments and non-engineering action items.
  • Coordinate cross-project dependency, milestone, and release management activities with other Delivery Managers.
  • Facilitate triage of incoming customer tickets through Service Now.
  • Manage the Sprint Backlog in Jira.
  • Drive change requests for any committed work during a quarter.
  • Establish and drive successful release communications.
  • Drive program-level performance reporting, visibility and transparency to both internal and external leadership.
  • Scope, size, and break down work with engineers based on requirements.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in domains such as developer tools, build environments, and storage environment configuration.
  • 3-5 years of experience directly working with engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of cloud security best practices, including security architecture, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
  • Working knowledge of designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of tackling delivery challenges and formulating solutions.
  • Demonstrated total-ownership mentality with a high sense of responsibility.
