Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support bioprocess operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The position involves operating large-scale bioprocess equipment, preparing buffer/media solutions, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. The role offers shift-based work with overtime incentives for 2nd (10%) and 3rd (15%) shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bioprocess equipment for Cell Culture and Purification operations.
• Prepare and manage Buffer/Media solutions.
• Perform equipment assembly, disassembly, cleaning, calibration, and pressure testing.
• Adhere to SOPs, batch records, and good documentation practices.
• Ensure compliance with biotech manufacturing processes, including filtration and protein purification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or engineering, or Associate’s degree + 2+ years of biotech manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in biomanufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with physical demands (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.).

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
• Use of personal protective equipment required.
• Shift work, including off-hours, weekends, and potential overtime.
