Position Description
Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales. Responsible for processing donated merchandise in preparation for sale at Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay's store locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Receive and process merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meet minimum quota, items per Gaylord, and sell‑through set for assigned department
- Maintain regular and consistent in‑person attendance
- Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report incidents of theft, misappropriation or unauthorized possession
- Maintain sales floor and workstation by following floorwork and PPM (picture process map) standards
- Stock merchandise in appropriate area as assigned
- Exercise judgment and observation to inform leaders of any hazardous or dangerous materials found while processing merchandise for storage or disposal
- Follow and enforce all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment; report any unsafe or potential hazards immediately
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, turning, and manipulating fine objects in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment

- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Proficient speaking and reading of English
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable

Pay RangeMinimum $17.73 per hour.
