Sales Support Administrator

You’ll support our sales team, improve the customer experience, and ensure smooth operations across departments.
Key responsibilities include:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and emails.
• Provide friendly, professional communication to make a great first impression.
• Pre‑qualify leads by gathering information from homeowners and business owners.
• Schedule appointments for energy consultants.
• Collect customer energy usage data and enter information into our CRM accurately.
• Maintain organized job files and client records.
• Follow‑up on unresponsive leads.
• Send thank‑you gifts to referral partners.
• Assemble and deliver client Owner’s Manuals.
• Track and report solar production after system installation using online monitoring tools.
• Research and prepare materials for customer visits and neighborhood marketing.
• Assist with outreach, promotions, and referral programs.
• Support the Business Development Manager with marketing tasks.
• Help with Solar Craft digital content, videos, and event participation.

What You Bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• AA degree or higher preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
