We are seeking an Associate Producer to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people, a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and are eager to develop your knowledge in the insurance industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality commercial and personal insurance prospects.
• Set insurance appointments through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, email writing, field sales, and attending conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
• Assist with developing marketing materials and strategies for targeting new customers.
• Gather client information according to company standards for marketing purposes.
• Assist agents throughout the quoting and binding process by providing administrative support with applications, quotes, and binding documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service when needed by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records in the CRM and Agency Management System.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance, sales, or a related field.
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM's, insurance agency management systems, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
• A proactive and customer-centric approach to sales and problem-solving.
