Miller Window Covering is seeking a driven, personable, and design-minded In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We specialize in premium custom window coverings, partnering with industry leaders and serving high-end homeowners through Costco and direct referrals.

If you’re confident, coachable, organized, detail oriented and have experience in sales while helping homeowners upgrade their spaces, we want to meet you.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct 2-3 in-home consultations each day with pre-qualified leads
  • Accurately measure windows and measure overhead on a short ladder or 6-foot ladder
  • Client Consultation:understanding customer needs, styles, and budgets
  • Educate homeowners on design, light control, privacy, and energy efficiency
  • Provide on-the-spot pricing and confidently ask for the sale
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare quotes and close sales
  • Maintain CRM notes and follow-up with professionalism
  • Document all sales communications
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
  • Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure project success

What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience (in-home, home improvement, or consultative sales preferred)
  • Strong closing ability and comfort asking for the sale
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with measurements
  • Basic tech skills: CRM, iPad, Microsoft office, adobe, google email and calendar
  • Follow directions
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Need to pass background check and drug test
