Base Salary $42,000, plus commission

- Sell ductless mini split HVAC systems to residential customers.
- Work with Solar Craft’s C-20 (HVAC Manager) and fellow HVAC team members.
- Perform sales and business development best practices including attending events, networking with professionals, and collaborating with Residential PV sales team members.
- Outreach to existing Solar Craft contacts and customers to obtain business.
- Attend professional organizations and educational programs. Share knowledge with others.
- Attend training programs and devote time to be a subject matter expert (SME). This will include rebates, policy, technical and equipment differentiators, installation best practices, market and competitor updates.
- Create sales opportunities - call prior clients, provide indicative proposals, generate leads both company-provided and self-generated, for residential HVAC product(s).
- Educate and inspire potential customers on the many benefits of heating & cooling technologies offered by Solar Craft.
- Conduct in-home technical sales consultations, create designs and proposals and present solutions in a compelling manner via in-person, phone and email.
- Close contracts and prepare for operations to perform a successful installation.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Prompt responses to/from team members, and customers is required (text, email, calls, and in-person).
- Must be organized and capable of preparing and properly documenting projects before, during, and after installation (using our software, using mobile devices, & using Excel).
- Must be motivated to sell and responsible to keep projects on track.
