Required Qualifications:
3+ years of software engineering or application development experience. Strong experience with Python development. Strong experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries. Experience developing or supporting JavaScript-based applications. Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as:
Claude Gemini, Git Hub Copilot, Similar AI-assisted development platforms. Ability to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated code. Understanding of software architecture, application design, and development best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI governance, AI risk management, or AI review/evaluation frameworks. Experience assessing security risks within AI-generated code. Experience working with Airtable or low-code/no-code platforms. Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience supporting internal business applications and workflow automation platforms.
Job Description:
Evaluate and review AI-generated code to ensure quality, maintainability, scalability, and security. Serve as a technical advisor for teams adopting AI-assisted development practices ("vibe coding"). Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to assess and improve existing applications. Help establish AI governance practices and evaluation frameworks for AI-generated software. Identify technical risks, architectural concerns, and security vulnerabilities within AI-generated solutions.
Review and support enhancements to a Resource Management Platform utilizing Airtable, SQL Server, Python, and JavaScript. Analyze existing codebases and provide recommendations for optimization and modernization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI-generated solutions align with business goals and engineering best practices. Assist in defining standards for responsible and effective AI development.
