Assignment Duration: February – 31 March 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Process voluntary employer top-ups to members’ Medi Save accounts
- Track, follow up, and investigate appeals, queries, and audit cases
- Handle departmental correspondence and documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably with customer handling
- Detail-oriented and organized
