Job Scope
- Preparation of client's records for digitisation and QC checks
- Preparation of files for scanning
- Preparation of Leasing TAs for scanning
- Verification of files that are scanned
- Central Registry (day to day operations)
- Assist to retrieve documents/files for collection to AOs
- Periodic checks of CR Daily Mail storage boxes and to remove any BG/DCA/IBG before boxes are sent for Crown Storage
- Any other duties assigned
- Verification of ERMS records against list of digitised files on Markono CDs
- To verify if the digitised files on Markono CDs have been uploaded into ERMS
- Upload digitised files into ERS portal
- Uploading of digitised files into client's electronic records system
- Appraisal of Files/Records
- Appraisal of files/record
- Minimum Diploma (Appraisal of files/records)
- MS Office skills
- Skilled in managing information via excel and other MS office files
- Working Arrangements: Mondays to Fridays (Office hours)
- Duration: Immediate (11 months)
- Salary: $14 per hour
- Location: Novena
