Admin Officer (Office Management)

Location: Novena
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $4,775/mth

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic team lead with project management experience in office renovation works and ICT system implementation. This role oversees a team providing administrative support to the Admin & Finance (A&F) Department and other business functions, while managing system enhancements and minor office renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of officers to deliver high-quality administrative services
  • Oversee system enhancement projects, including card printing systems
  • Manage and ensure timely completion of minor office renovation works
  • Conduct feasibility studies and manage procurement for outsourced services
  • Identify and implement AI and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor budgets and ensure timely payments, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support ongoing initiatives related to feasibility studies, outsourcing procurement, and process automation
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification with relevant project management experience in office renovation and ICT system implementation
  • Prior public sector experience with knowledge of government procurement procedures
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Meticulous, self-driven team player able to perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience in budget utilisation, monitoring, and payment processing
  • Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
