Job Scope
- Collect and archive daily form submissions for data compilation
- Process form submissions and handle appeal cases for Project related matters
- Maintain and update case status records in the system
- Respond to correspondence related to Project through the platform
- Manage all incoming telephone enquiries related to Project
- Extract and compile historical records data as required
- Prepare periodic statistical reports and data summaries
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle various types of email correspondence professionally
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in operational environments
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
