• Salary Range: UP $5K (depends on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping full sets of accounts and attending to financial matters.

• Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including but not limited to all aspects of progress billings (including AML check), payment to contractors, GST submission, monitoring of cashflow/loan/interest repayments
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the management
• Handle external auditors for annual audit and internal auditors for periodic reviews
• Prepare annual budget and forecast
• Assisting with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or projects and/or administrative tasks for the Finance Department.

• Degree/Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Has some experience or exposure to real estate accounting
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience in SAP software is advantageous
• Able to communicate and interact well with personnel from other departments
• Adaptable to changes due to introduction of new laws and regulations
