Position: HR Administration (SSC) | Salary $6,000 |

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration Specialist to manage our Singapore office and provide full HR support. The role involves office setup, compliance, HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments such as start‑ups, scale‑ups, or multinational companies.

Key Responsibilities Office Setup & Administration
  • Lead the establishment of the Singapore office, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and vendors for renovation, layout, and furnishing.
  • Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit employment documents to authorities such as MOM, CPF, and IRAS.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate smooth integration.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Recruitment & Team Support
  • Assist hiring managers with recruitment from job posting to offer coordination.
  • Support team growth and promote a positive workplace culture.
Training & Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate onboarding and basic training for new hires.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR generalist or office administration roles, preferably in start-ups, scale-ups, or multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in office setup, renovation, or facilities management is a plus.
