Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a hybrid position at our client"s Novi, MI location. This role provides high-level support to senior managers and site operations, with a focus on scheduling, document preparation, purchase order and expense tracking, and creating polished presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and site operations
  • Draft, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organize calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and process expense reports
  • Coordinate office needs, manage purchase orders, and handle meeting logistics
  • Interact professionally with employees, visitors, customers, and vendors
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in senior management administrative support roles
  • Computer Savvy specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage all levels of the organization
  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams
  • Familiarity with financial systems for expense and purchase order tracking
  • Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
  • Education:

    Associate or Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration or related field.
