We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes, and serving as a key resource across the organization.

  • Experience managing office vendors, supplies, and administrative processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Support leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and special projects
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office activities
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation
  • Support HR, accounting, and operational teams as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and office processes
