We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes, and serving as a key resource across the organization.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing office vendors, supplies, and administrative processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and special projects
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office activities
- Manage incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation
- Support HR, accounting, and operational teams as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and office processes
