Personal Assistant

Panda Cash Back LLC. owns and operates one of the world’s most rewarding shopping programs - (the leader in online cash back shopping).

This position supports the owner of a small business by managing, organizing the owner’s schedule, and performing other operational tasks. Flexibility and fast learning are essential.

The successful candidate will use company tools to manage an online portal that currently supports the online shopping portal and our Snack Box business.

The candidate will oversee the quality assurance checks (handled by the team) on critical site elements, including store cash back, banner deployment, coupons, and promotional landing pages.

The position may require travel and a flexible work schedule.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Competency with standard office productivity software (MS-Office or similar).

Exacting nature, with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage high volumes of email communications.

Flexibility in work schedule.

Ability to work under pressure.
