Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Office and Facility Coordinator for a 12 month contract to hire assignment in Novi, MI. This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, and fully onsite. Expected hours are 8:00 AM-12:00 PM with some flexibility.

JOB DUTIES

Office & Facility Operations

  • Open and distribute incoming mail and coordinate internal/external information flow related to the Office
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies (e.g., Kleenex, hand soap)
  • Manage general cleanliness of the office and assign tasks (e.g., dishwasher)
  • Order and restock snacks and drinks and maintain eating areas
  • Assign seating, create name tags, and set up desks for employees
  • Submit invoices for monthly bills into COR 360 (Utilities, etc.)
  • Manage shipping/receiving of packages/vehicles

IT, A/V & Network Support

  • Be the contact for IT on network and A/V issues

Safety & Compliance

  • Coordinate with EHSS for safety postings and facility qualifications
  • Coordinate monthly safety audits
  • Track and report Freon losses annually

Financial & Lease Administration

  • Work with finance on monthly lease payments and CAM reconciliation
  • Submit tickets and schedule services with landlord (e.g., HVAC, fire inspection, window washing)

Security & Asset Management

  • Manage badge creation for new employees
  • Maintain equipment list for personal property tax reporting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative, facilities, or related area.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to noon.
  • Some opportunity for additional hours based on activity at the facility
