• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical concerns
• Complete repair orders efficiently and correctly the first time
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair
• Document work performed and test results per company procedures
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and proper tool inventory

• Automotive technician experience (luxury or European experience highly valued)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and professional work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

• Competitive flat-rate earning potential
