The Tailor provides quality garment fitting and alteration services to customers. This role delivers a professional, timely experience while meeting department standards and productivity goals.
Responsibilities- Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
- Complete fittings and sewing alterations on time and according to service standards.
- Use store technology to organize customer alteration needs and meet productivity goals.
- Collaborate with the alterations and store teams, and advise customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
- Previous fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience; 2-3 years preferred.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
