Fed Ex - - Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Sales, Customers, Call Centers, ICs/ISPs, Couriers, and Surface Management to resolve issues;
Execute CXPC plans for daily, holiday, and contingency operations;
Balance multiple tasks and priorities to deliver excellent customer service;
Build relationships across groups and conduct in-location visits and meetings;
Compile data to support service improvements and cost-reduction recommendations
