Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Novi team. You will greet members and guests, answer questions, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates to members and guests.
You will also help keep the facility clean and welcoming throughout your shift. Ideal candidates are 18+, punctual, with customer service experience and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds.
