Agency Customer Service Representative Trainer

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks an Agency Customer Service Representative/Trainer to support agency teams across our insurance network. In this hybrid Customer Service & Support role, you'll resolve complex member inquiries, coach agency staff, and deliver training on products, systems, and service standards. You'll collaborate closely with our Policy Development and operations teams to communicate policy and process changes.
